Led and managed Sirius International Holding’s participation at Expand North Star, overseeing the end-to-end experience from strategic planning to post-event follow-up. I managed the booth concept and setup, coordinated all event logistics, guided the social media coverage and live content, aligned press and PR activities, and structured the post-event lead management process to ensure continuity and business impact beyond the event.
